David E. Gesner, CIC
President

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, David started his career in the insurance industry at the John Hancock Mutual Insurance Company in Boston MA. David made the transition to the agency side of the business in 1981. Since that time he has worked as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, Agency Branch Manager, and a Chief Operating Officer. David is a licensed insurance broker in Massachusetts and has held the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 1989.

In 2002 after twenty six years working in the insurance industry, David purchased AACA employment from David Hayward. Since AACA Employment was specializing in recruiting for the insurance industry, it was a very natural transition. Since that time the business has expanded its marketing territory to now encompass not only the metro Boston area but also all of Mass, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
